
Quick and easy, this combination of cottage cheese and sweet corn is simply delicious.




Ingredients
• | Cottage cheese (paneer) cut into ½ cm cubes | 200 grams |
• | Sweet corn kernels,boiled | 2 cups |
• | Oil | 2 tablespoons |
• | Cumin seeds | 1 teaspoon |
• | Onions,finely chopped | 2 medium |
• | Green chillies,finely chopped | 2-3 |
• | Turmeric powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
• | Salt | to taste |
• | Sugar | a pinch |
• | Garam masala powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
• | Fresh coriander leaves,chopped | 2 tablespoons |
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds. When they begin to change colour, add onions and sauté for four to five minutes. Add green chillies, turmeric powder and sugar and sauté for half minute more.
Add corn kernels and mix well. Add salt and mix. Cover and cook for two to three minutes.Add cottage cheese and mix with light hands. Sprinkle garam masala powder and mix. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
